Liz Crowder joined the OneCoach team in 2008 as a Business Partner serving the Las Vegas territory, where she has lived since 1984. Crowder combines her extensive expertise in personal growth, coaching, counseling and residential real estate with the OneCoach business-growth system to help small-business owners grow their businesses so they can live the lives they want.
Prior to joining OneCoach, Crowder was a Realtor, involved in various facets of real estate, since 1972. Consistently among the top agents in her region, Crowder became involved in the investment side of real estate in 2003. While that proved to be lucrative, she missed contributing to the greater community, and so became involved in pre-foreclosure real estate to help people who were in default avoid foreclosure. As rewarding as it was to be helping people, Crowder realized she was caught in a cycle of unfulfillment.
"I wanted to live my passion rather than live my job," she said.
With the guidance of a mentor, she reevaluated her career opened herself to new opportunities. She identified her passions for personal growth, self-actualization, and small business, within a few short months, OneCoach came into her life.
"I have been searching for a vehicle that would support my desire to help others raise their level of consciousness and become successful," said Crowder. "OneCoach allows me to contribute to others in a most positive way."
Crowder now owns the franchising rights in Las Vegas for OneCoach, the world's leading franchisor for small-business growth services. Crowder is an active member of the Greater Las Vegas Board or Realtors. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis. Crowder and her husband of 43 years have two children and four grandchildren, who all live in Las Vegas.
